Custom made moulds & hearing protection
We are able to supply a comprehensive range of ear and hearing protection.
An initial appointment with a qualified Audiologist is needed to take the shape of your ears. This involves putting a silicon paste into your ears to get a perfect cast.
Your custom moulds are made from this impression so they will fit your ears exactly.
Please be aware that your ears need to be totally clear of wax to be able to take the impressions.
Ear wax removal using microsuction is available, charges apply.
Music Filtered Hearing Protection
Musicians practice and perform in a variety of different settings and they are exposed to high levels of sound, sometimes for long periods.
A different amount of protection is required depending on the sound levels musicians encounter, during rehearsals and performances, their roles and location.
The attenuations differ in classification, providing either more or less attenuation depending on the prevalent levels of sound.
Filter strengths are available from -10dB to 30dB.
